You acknowledge that in no way are these services construed as the diagnosis or treatment of disease, but rather as an aid to balancing energy, creating connection and balance between your mind, body, and soul, providing relaxation and the possibility of improving my general wellness. 

All services and sessions offered are considered alternative, complementary approaches and do not replace the need for traditional medical care through your physician or licensed professional. You should not stop, add, or change any medication or traditional treatment, without the advice, consent and direction of your physician. You acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to you as to the effect of a session, in person or distant. Sessions are not substitutes for medical treatment or medications.

In exchange of the fee paid by you, any practitioner associated with Original State Healing, LLC is providing a service assisting you in mind, body, soul integration through the use of modalities that may include, but are not limited to: intuitive consulting, reiki, guided meditations and imagery, private consultations, and energy work. You, the participant, hereby agree to assume all risks associated with any outcome resulting from your participation in services associated with Original State Healing, LLC and all practitioners offering  programs, classes, or private consultation. Side effects may include, but not limited to: emotional release, lightheadedness, mild fatigue, physical tingling, and change in body temperature. You understand Somatic Sessions are provided to enhance connection to self, to expand awareness, and aid in stress reduction. You acknowledge that in no way are these services construed as the diagnosis or treatment of disease, but rather as an aid to balancing energy, providing relaxation and the possibility of improving my general wellness.

You acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to you as to the effect of a session.  Sessions are not substitutes for medical treatment or medications. You are aware that practitioners associated with Original State Healing, LLC do not diagnose illness or disease and do not prescribe medication.

All information and mental or physical activity or guidance and direction are provided during programs, classes, or private consultations to enhance the well-being of you, the participant. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility, as participant, to inform the practitioner if any discomfort should arise. It is your responsibility, as participant, to notify the practitioner ahead of treatment of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

By booking a session or appointment through this website, you are agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of liability and you agree that Original State Healing, LLC nor any practitioners associated with Original State Healing, LLC shall be responsible for any negative consequence of any kind which is claimed to result from:
1) your participation in any of these programs, activities or consultations; or 
2) from the use of any information learned or obtained during these programs, activities or consultations, including, but not limited to, reiki treatment, guided meditations and imagery, energy work, or private consultation provided during Original State Healing, LLC programs, classes, or private consultations.
