Embodied Step into You: Day Retreat

Somatically Integrative Experiences to Rediscover Your Sacred Self

Join us in a one-day embodied experience for balancing the mind, body, and heart. With a focus on healing the core wounds of the inner child, we will use Science, Sound, Somatics, Spirituality, Breath-Movement, and Art to engage your internal experience in a safe and embodied way. This intentional cultivation of the deeper relational container supports inner transformation and change in the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body. In addition, it invites and engages your natural neurobiological processes to shift out of states of threat, disconnection, or survival, into states of connectivity, expansion, and relational harmony. Through didactic learning, group discussion, embodied practices, and Bioenergetic therapies, this program is designed to:

  • Nourish the Soul

  • Heal the Body

  • Balance the Mind

  • Ignite the Heart

This program is an introduction to our 3.5-day and 5-day offerings that are coming in 2025. Feel free to join our mailing list HERE to learn more and stay informed about our upcoming events.
