Restorative Touch (Tuesdays ONLY)

Service Description

Individually tailored Somatic Touch session. These sessions are informed by understanding the effects of the attachment system, developmental trauma, and pre-verbal trauma in the child and unattended to have lasting impacts into adulthood. By understanding the neurochemistry of early trauma, and rebuilding developmental platforms through regulating touch and presence, clients begin to move from a high-cost-of-doing-life system to a more easeful and less stress-oriented system. Touch is a beautiful bridge that gently reconnects the mind and body to the soul.
