Service Description

this approach is hands-on touch and intuitive awareness that guides you into a more embodied experience. As we spend more time being embodied, we learn the language our body: sensation, sound, and emotion(energy in motion). As we develop this sense, called interoception, we are able to better communicate with our body which allows us to meet our needs in a fulfilling, compassionate, and empowering way. This practice assists clients in releasing stress and pain, while also helping bridge and connect new patterns and pathways for energy to travel more effectively and enjoyably. Restorative touch has been created from years of integrated knowledge and training from: Polarity Therapy, Transforming the Experienced-Based Brain (TEB), and Somatic Therapy.
